SLD-G Gantry type foam slitting machine (for USA customer) is ready for shipment, before loading into container,

today we pack the machine. The whole process is as below:

1) machine dismantle into couple of units: unwinder, capital machine, unloader trolley, electrical cabinet, and machine rollers wrapped by bubble wrap film for protection.

2) machine cleaning and lubrication

3) spare parts double-check by team 

4) machine put and fixed on the wooden pallet

5) machine packing wooden case inside put desiccant

6) machine packing by anti-rust plastic bag

7) machine packing by fumigated wooden case
