Feature

1. The motor unit adopts three-motor connective control with high speed, stable tension and nice-looking products.

2. Main drive unit adopts rubber roller pressing type to avoid asynchronous problem between material and rollers, and isolate tension between unwind & rewind units to ensure whole machine tension is stable enough.

3. Unwind unit has automatic web guide control system, for auto correction of uneven jumbo roll and reduce material waste.

4. Unwind system adopts separate shaftless unwind stand, hydraulic cylinder drives left/right and up/down movement to reduce labor force.

5. Unwind with dual air brake control and jumbo blocking system to avoid aviation

6. Rewind system installs differential (friction) shafts (ball quick lock type)

7. Rewind unit installs infrared ray marker for quick and accurate paper core positioning.

8. Clamping devices are installed in front of rewind unit to fix the after-slit materials and keep after-slit tension and rewind position same.

9. Web-path is overhead type, to allow operators easily splice the material and assemble the blades.

10. Slitting unit: standard shear blades (bottom shaft air shaft); optional: automatic blade setting.

11. Edge trimming disposal use big centrifugal fan.

12. Finished reel auto push off device: driven by ball screw, pushing finished roll from rewind shaft automatically.

13. Finished reel unloading device: rotating type and film wrapping function available
