1．The main operation interface adopts 10” high resolution touch panel, with picture display for easy operation.
2．All unwind & rewind shafts are driven separately by servo motors. The unwinding, rewinding, straight & reverse rotation is more flexible and controlled by high sensitivity tension sensor shaft’s feedback to ensure smooth running.
3．All cutter holders’ movements are controlled by high power servo motor with enough torsion, stable acceleration and deceleration, precision can be ±0.1mm.
4．The control system is operated by Japan Omron PLC and logic movement controller with better synchronism.
5．Fracturing detecting (including transparent material) machine stop or alarming to reduce material waste.
